Olympic Paint has introduced a resurfacer and sealant for lightly worn, structurally sound decks, porches, patios and sidewalks.

Olympic Rescue It! Light is recommended for use on hairline cracks and imperfections on properly prepared wood and concrete surfaces.

Olympic's Rescue It! Light is designed for use on wood and concrete.

The 100 percent acrylic coating supplies waterproofing protection and helps prevent splinters by providing a finely textured, slip-resistant finish, according to the company.

The product retails for $32 per gallon. One gallon covers up to 100 square feet in two coats, the company says.

The Olympic brand is a line of PPG Architectural Coatings, based in Pittsburgh, PA.

what is the coefficient of friction that makes it "slip resistant" ?

Interesting how much paint is pouring through the gap in the photo. I guess that's one way to paint the sides of the boards.
