GacoOnePass is the newest addition to the GacoWallFoam line of SPF insulation products.

The two-component HFC-blown liquid spray system cures to a medium-density rigid cellular polyurethane insulation material.

According to the manufacturer, the system contains no ozone-depleting chemicals and creates a seamless air barrier, vapor retarder and thermal break that:

  • Delivers higher R-values than conventional insulation;
  • Adheres to the substrate and expands to fill irregular and hard-to-reach spaces;
  • Reduces condensation, moisture and mold;
  • Provides a sound barrier; and
  • May qualify for LEED credits.

For installers, Gaco Western touts the system's sprayability, adhesion and low odor.

Interesting. I had thought most modern foams could be laid down 4" thick in one pass.
