July 23 to July 29, 2012

Some owners have begun to require an individually certified coating inspector for projects, rather than a certified firm. Is this necessary?

Yes, inspectors should be individually certified.
As long as the firm is certified, the individual will be qualified enough.
No certification is needed, as long as the inspector is experienced.
